Ms. Schmidman is originally from Howards Grove, WI, and is a 2006 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison.  The 2009-10 school year will mark her third year teaching in Pepin.  Outside of playing, listening to, and conducting music, she likes to read, watch movies, spend time outdoors, and travel.
